Project: Car Parts E-commerce Platform
E-commerce platform to sell the car parts with comprehensive pre-marketing study. Integration with the inventory/acounting system and a markeplace.
Background
The client sought to establish a new online sales channel. Their existing website lacked integration with their accounting/inventory system, making it impossible to update content, prices, and availability automatically.

- Integrating the platform with an outdated accounting system that had limited data interchange capabilities.
- Dealing with insufficient product information in the inventory, including incomplete item descriptions, missing images, and sparse product characteristics.
- Limited availability of key stakeholders, making negotiations and decision-making more challenging.
